Warranty on our products
1. The warranty comes from Western Backup Solutions unless the item description specifies the manufacturer's warranty.
2. Most items carry a 1-year warranty unless warranty is specified directly on the specific invoice for that purchase only. Extended warranty can be purchased at 20% , for 2-year warranty.
Returns & Refunds
1. All refused packages will be accepted back in stock, and a refund will be processed less 20% restocking fee and shipping charge within 1-3 business days from the date of accepting the package back.
2. If product is being returned because the customer ordered the wrong part, the merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All products are non-retail or "white box" unless it is stated otherwise or the contents of the package (cables, manuals, software, documentation, etc.) are specified in product description.
